As well as driving to visit the vineyards, wineries and wine stores, there is a wide range of Napa Valley wine tours and wine-tasting tours available for the visitor. Choices include a 1947 Packard Convertible limousine, a Rolls Royce limousine, a limousine with a personal butler, a bike tour, touring by coach, in a hot-air balloon, or even a helicopter ride over the vineyards of Napa Valley.

Tour Napa Valley by Rolls Royce Limousine

Visit Napa Valley in a Classic Convertible
Classic Convertible Wine Tours (2205 Loma Heights Road Napa, CA 94558; tel: 707 226-9227) gives visitors a ride in a luxury classic 1947 Packard Convertible limousine through Napa Valley with a driver who is also the personal wine guide. The company specializes in the valley's boutique wineries, but tours can be changed if anyone wants to visit one of the big-name Napa vineyards.
Napa Valley Hot-Air Balloon Tours
Balloons Above the Valley (603 California Blvd., Napa, CA 94559; tel: 800 464-6824 or 707 253-2222) takes visitors on a sunrise flight in the bright morning air over Napa Valley, drifting over the vines and vineyards, and eventually coming down to a champagne brunch.

Napa Valley Wine Tours by Bike

These include private tours (custom-designed after a consultation), a range of one-day tours with different themes, longer vacation packages, or visitors can simply rent a bike and do it themselves.
